Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding Project Management Team. This is an on-site position 5 days a week. As a Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in clearly communicating to help ensure that all team members understand their roles, tasks, and deadlines, fostering collaboration and keeping the project on track. In addition, the Project Manager will be actively engaging with clients, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about project progress and any potential changes. The Ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction, reading and some knowledge/ understanding of blueprints.
Schedule:
Full Time on-site in Stuart, FL
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone and email regarding project movement, answers questions, resolve any issues.
- Plan project schedules and reorganizes based upon workflow, project circumstances and vendor availability.
- Produce and maintain accurate construction files including contract addendums, revised plans, incident reports, material selection.
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills a must
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Worked on commercial construction projects.
- Very detailed oriented (must)
- Professionalism when working with customers.
- Sales/Negotiation experience
- Teamwork attitude
- Relationship building/management.
Education:
· High school degree required.
· Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in related field but highly desirable but not required
