Job Title: Google Ads EXPERT - Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
Overview: Apex Pavers and Pools is seeking a motivated and innovative Google Ads Expert and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to grow and develop into a leadership position within our marketing department. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy, with the potential to evolve into a future Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute our Google Ads campaigns while tracking results to show ROI.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
- Monitor website analytics and optimize content for better performance and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Work on website updates, blog posts, email marketing, and other content-driven initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the IT team to implement and manage digital marketing tools and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation efforts.
Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance marketing knowledge and skills.
- Take on increasing responsibility within the department with a focus on long-term growth and leadership potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
