Job Summary:
Apex Pavers and Pools is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the seamless coordination of projects from initiation to completion, and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
· Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, client communications, and any changes to the project scope or timeline.
· Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule and client satisfaction.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the company’s standards for quality and craftsmanship.
· Customer Satisfaction: Conduct follow-up with clients post-completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in construction
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is a plus.
