Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of landscape construction, including hardscapes. This role is essential for ensuring that all landscaping projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.
- scheduling installation of hardscape including pavers, customized fire pits, outdoor kitchens and custom landscape
- Lead a team of landscape workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and implement landscape projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with general contractors and residential home builders.
- Reviewing take-offs
- Coordinating between field employees, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape construction with 5+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction.
- Clean driving record
- Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is highly desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
