Alpha Landscapes is a local landscape construction company looking to fill a role as a shop coordinator/ parts runner for our mechanic's department. This position is full time M-F 7a-4p

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Coordinator and Parts Runner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of a computer and able to learn quickly with some automotive knowledge. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Essential Functions:.
- Assists the Shop Manager to make sure shop is running smoothly.
- Pick up parts from local vendors and deliver them to the shop manager or where requested
- Help with maintaining shop inventory
- Support mechanics in shop
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Create and track PO's
- Performs other duties as required to ensure the process is running smoothly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
- Driver License is must
- Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and problem solve problems in order to complete tasks accurately and timely.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4pm
Pay: Based on experience $15.00 to $20.00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
