EarthSculpt is seeking motivated team members with landscape experience to join our fast-growing company. The highly motivated and dependable landscape laborer should have these abilities:

Install/Repair all aspects of an irrigation system
Install synthetic turf correctly including site preparation
Install pavers correctly including site preparation
Trench footings and install rebar for CMU wall installation
Excavate for plant materials and trees
Install vegetation, shrubbery and trees properly
Must have a basic knowledge of decorative rock sizing and installation
Ability to understand English and possess good communication skills
Willing to help with material deliveries

Requirements

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Landscape/Hardscape/Irrigation installation experience: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
Clean driving record
Experience pulling trailers with trucks under load
Reliable transportation each day to the various jobsites

Work Location: In person across the Las Vegas Valley

Pay

We start all new employees at a competitive wage and review their performance after 90 days. Typical starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 hourly. Your salary is based on your daily performance. Your past experience in the landscaping industry is definitely beneficial and your pay will reflect your knowledge/experience and hardwork.
