About You

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Analyze, monitor, and review security threats related to malware, virus, phishing, and intrusion threats
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Manage the team of support engineers
- Provide 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure management & Entra ID
- 2+ years of experience in managing cloud services (SaaS and IaaS)
- 1+ years of project management experience, particularly in IT-related projects
- 2+ years of leading a team
- Experience with supporting Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required

As the Help Desk Manager at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. System Pavers has a fantastic and dedicated team focused on helping our customer make memories with the friends and family. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role and qualified applicants must be able to work in the U.S. legally without requiring a work visa.
This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel to the corporate headquarters in Santa Ana, CA required.
