Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Landscape Construction Operations Manager to oversee the management and logistics of landscape projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction, including in-depth knowledge of trees, plants, flowers, and hardscaping materials. You will be responsible for organizing and managing landscape materials, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of landscape construction operations, from planning and procurement to delivery and installation of materials.
- Manage a wide range of landscape materials, including plants, trees, flowers, soil, irrigation materials and hardscaping products (stone, pavers, etc.). Assist in Field layout.
- Supervise and coordinate landscape crews, ensuring that teams are well-organized, motivated, and working efficiently.
- Monitor and manage project logistics to ensure on-time delivery of materials and completion of work according to project schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in landscape construction. Manage job-site safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and provide technical expertise to resolve any issues during project execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are met. Cultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of landscape materials and waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape operations or related fields, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape materials (plants, trees, flowers, irrigaiton and hardscaping) and the installation process.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and meeting project deadlines.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
- Valid Colorado Contractor’s License is required.
- Positive attitude and excited determination to help us create beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces!
- Seasonal employment (April-Nov.)preferable, but year round possible.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
