B&F Traffic Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as flaggers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in traffic control while receiving paid flagger training.

Responsibilities:

Directing traffic to ensure safe and efficient flow through work zones
Setting up and maintaining traffic control signs and barricades
Ensuring the safety of workers and drivers at all times
Communicating effectively with team members and drivers

Requirements:

1+ year experience required; paid training provided
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
Strong communication and attention to detail
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
