B&F Traffic Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as flaggers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in traffic control while receiving paid flagger training.
Responsibilities:
- Directing traffic to ensure safe and efficient flow through work zones
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control signs and barricades
- Ensuring the safety of workers and drivers at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members and drivers
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience required; paid training provided
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
