Job Summary:
The Crew Member demonstrates Andy’s Standard of Excellence in preparation of quality treats in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that customers can have an excellent experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Custard:
- Memorizes recipes and standards
- Operates custard machines and ensures high quality product is produced
- Ensures all custard/food items are prepared according to Andy’s standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
- Completes designated Food Safety and Training programs as prescribed
Crew:
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- Performs cleaning duties, including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes using approved cleaning products to keep equipment and facilities sanitary
- Follow and reinforce Andy’s operational policies and procedures
- Follow and reinforce Andy’s Dress Code and Personal Appearance Policy
Customer:
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude
- Efficiently accepts orders, creates treats with accuracy, serves treat(s) to customers
- Handles transaction for customer and accepts payment or makes change if needed
- Always maintain all health and safety regulations

Education and Experience Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to work late nights (as late as 1am), weekends, as well as some holidays
- Can manage cash according to cash handling and banking policies
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to use touch sensitive POS System
- Ability to maintain the Andy’s culture/values at all times, even during moments of high stress
