JENNS Hardscape is a small business in Raleigh, NC that specializes in Civil Sitework Construction. We are looking for a Project Delivery Specialist to assist our construction crews with material and equipment delivery as well as final clean / hauling of residual debris.
We are looking for a professional driver with a Class A CDL who has experience driving on difficult and crowded roads. A candidate will have the opportunity to drive locally in the Raleigh Durham area and occasional trips to Wilmington. Physical labor should be expected with responsibilities to include job site clean up, material loading and unloading.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a truck to transport construction equipment and materials.
- Assist with loading/unloading truck materials (includes supplies & equipment).
- Move a load from one place to another.
- Be able to communicate with the dispatcher and other drivers.
- Be able to communicate with supervisors and clients using telephone, radio, text, or email.
- Keep records of goods being transported.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment., such as computers, radios, scales, and global positioning systems (GPS.).
Driver requirements:
- Valid CDL license is required for truck operation
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL
- Skid Steer and Excavator operation experience is a requirement
- Material & Jobsite Clean-up, load and dispose of debris - Physical Lifting
