Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and providing expert advice on our wide range of services. Your deep understanding of energy-efficient remodeling and exterior home improvements will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions.
*SPECIFICALLY HIRING FOR THOSE EXPERIENCED WITH ROOFING AND SOLAR*
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present and explain our range of services, including roofing, siding, hardscaping, patio covers, lifetime paint, decking, and more .
- Develop customized proposals and provide detailed cost estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in exterior remodeling, particularly in roofing, siding, hardscaping, lifetime paint, decking, and fencing.
- Experience working with brands such as: Owens Corning, James Hardie, Four Seasons, Belgard pavers, Trex, Texcote, etc.
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
