About the Role:
SP Motorsports crew members play an essential role in delivering exceptional track day and race experiences for drivers and their Porsche vehicles. These positions require a passion for performance, teamwork, and excellence on and off the track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Porsche vehicles, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with drivers, engineers, and team members to optimize performance.
- Manage transportation and ensure equipment is prepped and delivered on schedule.
- Adapt to dynamic track and race environments while maintaining professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motorsport Experience: Previous track day or race event experience is highly preferred.
- Porsche Knowledge: Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their unique performance requirements.
- Leadership Abilities: For Team Manager, Crew Chief, and Car Chief roles, leadership and decision-making skills are essential.
- Mechanical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities for Crew and Car Chief roles.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative spirit and adaptability to high-pressure situations.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and travel to various California tracks.
