About the Role:

SP Motorsports crew members play an essential role in delivering exceptional track day and race experiences for drivers and their Porsche vehicles. These positions require a passion for performance, teamwork, and excellence on and off the track.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Porsche vehicles, including diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Collaborate with drivers, engineers, and team members to optimize performance.
Manage transportation and ensure equipment is prepped and delivered on schedule.
Adapt to dynamic track and race environments while maintaining professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

Motorsport Experience: Previous track day or race event experience is highly preferred.
Porsche Knowledge: Familiarity with Porsche vehicles and their unique performance requirements.
Leadership Abilities: For Team Manager, Crew Chief, and Car Chief roles, leadership and decision-making skills are essential.
Mechanical Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair abilities for Crew and Car Chief roles.
Team-Oriented: Collaborative spirit and adaptability to high-pressure situations.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and travel to various California tracks.
