BSM Facility Services Group is a 46 year old commercial services company that is well established in Northern California in the commercial properties Landscape maintenance arena.

Because of our continued growth, we are seeking an additional account manager for commercial accounts who has the ability to estimate new landscape installations and maintenance projects as well as occasionally assist in the supervision of crews and maintain client relationships with our existing clients.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred 5+ years’ experience in a related field

Landscape Foreman Installation Experience: 2 years (Required)

Work without supervision and within group settings.

Leadership ability and teaching others on completing jobs safely and efficiently.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide others to success.

Must speak, read and write English and Spanish (preferred).

Effective communication with customers and co-workers.

Excellent time organization and management skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high-level quality work.

Comprehensive understanding of documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.

Comprehensive and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel and other computer software.

Reading and understanding blue prints.

Prepare work performance reports and correspondence via company emails.

OTHER SKILLS:

Skilled at installing Irrigation, Irrigation controllers, plants, trees, and lawns.

Possess a knowledge of the water needs of plants, trees and lawns.

Complete understanding of how irrigation systems work including the various types of irrigation installations such as, spray, rotors and drip lines. Must know how to troubleshoot systems problems and how to make appropriate repairs.
