We are looking for laborers to join our Construction Installation team. Prospective employees MUST HAVE reliable transportation to job sites, be punctual, and self-directed with minimal supervision.

Duties:

Clearing, grading & leveling the installation site.
Installing plants, Irrigation, hardscape, stone, mulch and other landscape materials
Training provided by employer, but experience is welcome (eg. : Pavers, planting, irrigation, drainage, and lighting)

Requirements:

Punctual & Reliable. Must have reliable transportation to jobsites each day
Bilingual is a plus
Clean record and authorization to work in the US required
Ability to work well alone or with others on the team.

Work Environment:

Employees are regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19.00 to $20.00/hour ($34,320 to $41,600 per year) depending on experience. Experience not required, but welcome. Employees are paid for 8 Annual Holidays. Bonuses paid at the end of each year.

Required license or certification: A valid Driver's License is a plus.

This is a physically demanding job. Must be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; be able to lift 50-80 pounds of weight throughout the workday.
