Scott Paving LLC is currently searching for a full-time Asphalt Laborers to join their team in Kent, Ohio!

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Occasional Saturday
The right candidate will have:
- Previous experience in asphalt paving preferred
- Previous experience in labor-intensive position required
- Driver’s license and safe driving record
- Current CDL is a plus
- Experience operating asphalt pavers and rollers preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter attitude and the ability to work under limited supervision
Our Asphalt Laborers will:
- Operate asphalt pavers
- Operate asphalt rollers
- Perform all roles on the asphalt crew as needed
- Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc.)
- Assist with daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment, trucks, and job site
- Use tools including rakes and shovels
