Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction projects, contributing to the building and maintenance of pipelines and other structures. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Responsibilities

Assist in the construction and maintenance of pipelines and related infrastructure.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to manage daily tasks and project timelines.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including the use of an ohmmeter.
Support the construction management team by providing feedback on project progress.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, or HeavyBid is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
Experience supervising or managing small teams is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
