Responsibilities:
- Submittals
- Producing SOV's
- Monthly Requisitions
- Project reviews with foreman
- Assist foreman for duration of the project
- Quantity takeoffs and material ordering
- Attend project meetings
- Project production monitoring
- Work with field superintendent on manpower problems/solutions
- Project scheduling
- Some estimating will be required from time to time depending on workload (On Screen Take-Off and QuickBid software experience is a plus!)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial masonry project management or estimating
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field experience required. 5-10 years of experience is preferred but will be flexible for the right candidate.
