Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Representative with experience in hardscape/pavers and a passion for customer service to manage sales operations in Palm Beach County. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing industry with a competitive compensation package, weekly pay, and opportunities for travel during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Appointments: Conduct 25-30 sales appointments per week (appointments scheduled by the office), requiring frequent local travel.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by following up with clients, addressing issues, and ensuring concerns are resolved promptly.
- Estimates: Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate estimates for hardscape/paver restoration services.
- Time Management: Effectively plan and manage daily appointments and tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with clients and team members.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential and current clients to secure sales and build lasting relationships.
- Travel Opportunities: Be available to travel during peak seasons as needed to support other locations or high-demand areas.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee every client interaction reflects our priority of achieving complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with sales.
- Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package with a base salary plus commission.
- Total annual earnings of $60,000–$75,000, based on performance.
