What You Need-
Experience:
Proven experience in masonry estimating.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and business development skills to work with all levels, including sales and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on control.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints.
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience with On-Screen Take-Off software.
