Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and develop project scope and budget
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans and specifications to prepare project estimates.
- Create and deliver to clients detailed project estimates, contracts, budgets, and schedules. Manage project change orders and close out in alignment with the Cardinal Brand Promise.
- Secure and manage subcontractors, vendors, permits, inspectors, and other resources. Determine material lists, including quantities and finishes.
- Plans and defines project objectives, tasks, and resources needed. Identifies and mitigates project risks and develops or implements contingency plans if needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure it is safe and clean.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project in alignment with the Cardinal Brand Promise.
- Maintain records, document actions, and update systems with current information
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug screen, medical exam, motor vehicles record search, and criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and following instructions
- Background in construction or project management (preferred)
- Strong customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical conditions may require lifting objects up to 100lbs
