Landscape Crew Leader $16-$25
This position is responsible for directing a landscape crew of 1 to 2 members including production, quality control, training, punctuality, safety and customer satisfaction. You must also have strong organization skills, ability to complete appropriate paperwork, and possess good leadership and communication skills. The employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ and management’s expectations. The employee will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with subordinates, peers and his/her supervisor. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manor.

Job Duties:
· Softscape install: Includes installing edging, weed barrier, plants, trees, shrubs, rock and mulch
· Hardscape install: Paver patios, retaining walls including boulder, outcropping stone, timber and landscape block.
· Equipment operation: Tractor, skid steer, mini excavator and dingo. You should be comfortable pulling this kind of equipment on a trailer.
· Lawn Installation: Seed and straw, hydroseed and sod.
· The right candidate would be willing to assist on sprinkler installs as well.
· Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner fall recommend operating procedures. Including F250-f750.
· Be available for communication at all times during a shift and before/after shifts
· Proactively address questions or concerns with the clients. Communicate customer’s questions immediately with the owner.
· Document and report any issues at properties
· Comply with all company policies and procedures
· Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations
Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record-submit a driving record
· Ability to follow safe working procedures
· Ability to use a smart phone or tablet
· Ability to lift 60 lbs. + consistently throughout the day.
· High attention to detail
· Available to work a varied schedule (including Saturdays) in all adverse weather conditions.
· Stoop, stand and bend for 10 hours or more a day.'
