Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Property Preservation Crew. As a Property Preservation Foreclosure Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing vacant properties in foreclosure. You will play a vital role in helping to bring properties up to code, ensuring their safety, and preparing them for sale. This position requires both indoor and outdoor work, as well as a strong ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform property inspections and assess the condition of properties in foreclosure.
- Secure properties by changing locks, boarding up windows and doors, and ensuring that the property is safe and secure.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks including lawn care, trash removal, and debris cleanup.
- Winterize properties to prevent damage from the elements.
- Complete minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting, and general cleanup.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and submit reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in property preservation, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- HUD locks and lock boxes must be on hand.
- Skills:
- Ability to perform basic repairs (drywall, painting, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina, as this job involves heavy lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Equipment: Must be able to provide basic tools and equipment (lawnmowers, power tools, etc.).
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Work Hours: Must be flexible to work weekends or overtime if necessary.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
