We are one of the largest distributors for Natural Stone Paver,Tile and Mosaic in Miami for last 15 years and we just opened our second warehouse in TAMPA,
We are looking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Engage in cold calling to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales FOR MIN 2 YEARS preferably in an outside sales role.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques to generate new leads.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
