What You’ll Do:
- Drive, Deliver, Dominate - Safely operate our delivery vehicles and crush your route every day.
- Be a Customer Service Superstar - Bring a smile to every doorstep you visit. We’re all about that customer-obsessed mindset!
- Stay Flexible - We deliver 7 days a week, so we need drivers who can roll with the punches (and the occasional Florida downpour). Shifts start at 9:15 AM and run 8-9 hours.
- Master the Tech - Use our handheld devices and the Amazon Flex App to navigate routes, scan packages, and stay on track.
- Lift & Move - Be ready to handle packages up to 50 lbs, and don’t worry—you’ll definitely get your daily workout in with all the lifting, walking, and stair climbing!
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve Got Drive - Literally! A valid Florida driver’s license is a must, along with a clean driving record and no suspensions.
- Ready to Hustle - This is a physical job, and we need someone who can handle the hustle. If you love staying active, this is perfect for you.
- Reliable & Responsible - We need someone who shows up on time, every time, ready to tackle the day’s challenges.
- Problem Solver - You'll face different situations on the road, and strong problem-solving skills are essential to navigate them effectively.
- 21+ and Ready to Roll - You must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent - A basic educational foundation is required to ensure you’re ready for the responsibilities of the job.
- Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test - Safety and reliability are key, so passing a drug test is essential.
- Clean Driving Record - A valid Florida driver’s license with no suspensions is a must.
