HVAC Service Technician - Oil Burner, Propane and AC
Garthwaite Energy, Inc. has openings for experienced heating oil, propane and air conditioning technicians. We are a well established HVAC service and installation company that is growing. We are seeking new members to join our team. This would be a full-time position.
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders
- Being able to work independently with limited supervision
- Being able to work positively on a crew with other technicians
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to properly repair issues in oil heat and air conditioning units
- Proficient in performing preventative maintenance such as cleanings to ensure they are working properly and efficiently and to minimize call backs.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with Customers and Employees in a professional manner.
- Must have attention to detail in performing tasks and filling out paperwork
- Must be willing to server in a night rotation to cover the after hours calls.
- Must have valid drivers license, mass oil burner license and A/C recovery license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
