The Role:
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be in charge of a team performing:
- Power washing, window washing, gutter cleaning, paver sealing, and more
- Managing job materials, coordinating with clients, and ensuring quality service
- Supervising and delegating tasks to your team for smooth job execution
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and collecting positive reviews
