Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Worker to join our team. The Asphalt Worker will be responsible for operating various equipment and machinery to assist in the construction and maintenance of asphalt roads and surfaces.
Duties:
- Operate heavy machinery such as pavers, rollers, sweeper, road widener
- Assist in paving, building, and maintaining asphalt roads and surfaces
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asphalt work and construction site operations
- Proficiency in operating machinery and other relevant equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety protocols
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Loader operation experience
- Front loader truck operation skills
- Grader operation proficiency
- Bulldozing capabilities
- Paving expertise
- Knowledge of machinery
- Building skills
- Utility locating experience
- Dump truck operation familiarity
