We are a family-owned and operated company that values and treats all employees like family. We offer an outstanding work environment; one that is flexible, supportive, progressive and friendly. Employee success and work-life balance truly matter to us. We provide the structure and resources necessary for employees to enjoy good, productive days. Guy Denommee, a 3rd generation plumber founded our company in 1999. Our business has grown a lot in a little over twenty years. From a humble one truck beginning, we now boast over 25 trucks in our fleet and 30 highly skilled and trained plumbers and HVAC technicians on our crew. Our core competencies are all phases of plumbing, heating, cooling and mechanical. We provide prompt, courteous, reliable expert installation, repair and service work at a fair rate.
Our professionally trained and certified team owes its success in part to our company-wide ongoing commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Utilizing proven systems and processes, we seek to match work assignments with your strengths, while challenging you to achieve your full potential. As a Diamond Contractor of Mitsubishi cooling and heating systems, as well as Bosch, York, Lochinvar, Lixil, Kohler and Rinnai solutions, we deliver value that transcends providing superior heating and cooling solutions to also conserving energy and promoting environmental sustainability in both residential and commercial spaces. This partnering of top-quality products and equipment with our wealth of knowledge and legendary service is how we deliver on our brand promise of Peace of Mind at the Right Price. Our number one goal is to always deliver a positive experience; be it for our customers, our employees, or our community.
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced technician to our existing HVAC staff. Independent field experience is required—we are not looking for green apprentices. Duties include the service, repair and installation of air conditioning systems, high efficiency forced air systems, ductless, VRF and heat pump systems. Experience with high efficiency FHW heating systems—both gas and oil—a plus. Must have EPA Certification, Refrigerant license and a thorough understanding of HVAC controls, and an understanding of refrigeration and its related components. Qualified candidate should have experience performing preventative maintenance, and equipment inspections. Criminal and background checks will be performed, and candidates must have valid driver license. Clean driving record is a must.
We are a stable, reputable company looking for a long-term quality skilled tradesman to grow with our company. Employee success, happiness and work-life balance truly matter to us. We gratefully reward hard work and dedication. We provide the structure, training and resources necessary for employees to take pride in their work, enjoy good, productive and fulfilling days, while being able to focus on the things that matter most to them in life.
