Job Summary:
Primarily, we are looking to fill our snow team especially our sidewalk crew. We are still seeking energetic people to work on our landscaping projects.
We are seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will work on various projects in hardscaping (building of patios, walkways and retaining walls), softscape (trees, plants, mulch), and using equipment to grade and install lawns, and more.
Duties:
- As a shoveling crew member and possible crew leader depending on experience, you will be required to work in the elements of winter using up to date snowblowers, and shovels to clear our client's sidewalks, front of garages and other elements of the property that requires shoveling or manual snow removal. You will be expected to show up for every event and be willing to work it through.
- You must be able to run new designed large snowblowers, drive a cube (U-haul type) van without issues or accidents.
- You will be expected to keep exacting and proper records of the work you are performing.
IN ADDITION: For those seeking landscape positions, we are seeking to still fill these positions for this season that we don't have any end in sight as well as continue into next year.
HARDSCAPERS and LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
- Assist in hardscape projects, and softscape projects and other types of projects as needed.
- Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely.
- Work on construction sites performing tasks such as measuring, cutting, creating foundations for brick installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- Operate snow removal equipment and be on-call for snow events when they happen.
Experience:
- Prior knowledge of hardscape (patios, walkways and retaining walls) is required.
-Planting of trees, shrubs, and plants as well as installation of grass is required.
-Use of skid loaders for grading is desired.
-The ability to start to finish projects with minimal management input is desired.
- - Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 50 per week
