Overview
Property in Stowe seeking employees to join our maintenance crew.
Duties
- Building maintenance to include: painting, siding repair, respond to maintenance tickets, etc.
- Lawncare: Mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, mulch, etc.
- Snow removal: plowing, shoveling, salt/sand of roads and walkways
- Firewood splitting, stacking and delivery to residences
- Clean and balance chemicals for pools and hot tubs
- Tennis court maintenance
- Respond to maintenance tickets as submitted by homeowners
- Maintain buildings and grounds on the property as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Professional communication skills
- Experience in residential painting and facilities maintenance
- Ability to operate equipment and tools
- Handyman experience
- Willingness to learn on the job and take direction
We are currently seeking to fill two positions. Each position requires the following:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history
- The ability to work mid-day shifts and weekends as needed.
- Must be available in the winter for "all hands on deck" snow removal during storms.
We have a great team who have years of experience maintaining these properties. We welcome candidates who have a willingness to learn on the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
