**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **Hardscape Crew Leader** to oversee a team of skilled workers on residential and commercial outdoor projects. As the Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all hardscaping activities, ensuring quality work, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a crew of hardscape installers on various outdoor construction projects.
- Interpret project plans and blueprints to execute designs with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
- Manage daily crew tasks, set priorities, and oversee project timelines.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and smooth project progression.
- Train and mentor team members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain all necessary tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a project.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, local codes, and regulations.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in hardscaping, including installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew effectively.
- Knowledge of various hardscape materials (stone, pavers, brick, etc.) and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize construction management software and tools such as Primavera for project planning and scheduling.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and report any issues or delays to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam and other construction management software.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to understand schematics effectively.
- Experience in project scheduling or similar tools.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $73,999.00 - $79,027.00 per year
