Aquabella Tile is a nationwide authority of premium porcelain tile, glass tile, and stone pavers and coping products primarily used for pool, spa and backyard entertainment.
Summary: We are currently seeking a team player to fill the position of Customer Service in our Tampa, FL location. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for three main areas. First, coordinating, creating, displaying and producing samples for our showroom, sales associates, contractors and homeowners. Second, customer service representative for all guests coming to the showroom to assist them in the product selection process for their pools or backyard hardscaping. Third, act as a customer service representative on our order desk. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate a positive attitude, is self-motivated and is willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the showroom, serving our customers who have come to make their selections.
- Make and organize sample boards for our customers.
- Assist with customers on the order desk
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job:
- The employee is regularly required to sit, stand; walk; carry and reach.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
- The employee is required to frequently lift between 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. cartons
Qualification:
- High school diploma, college preferred
- Results driven and customer focused
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic computer skills are required
- Ability to meet production targets and goals
- Reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency is a plus
- Good people person for interactions with our customers.
Normal Hours / Benefits: Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Saturdays may be required on a rotating schedule during the summer. Saturday hours are 8:00am until 12:00pm.
