Pay: $32 an hour

Job purpose
This position is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Landscape Installers. Provide residential services: hardscape construction, installing pavers, patios, and outdoor kitchens.
Duties and responsibilities
- Train and mentor crew.
- Successfully and positively lead a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Communicate regularly with management on operational developments.
- Ability to organize and implement work schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Perform heavy installations with water features, hardscapes including pavers, patio, and outdoor kitchens.
- Oversee jobs to ensure safety measures are met.
- Completes duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
Qualifications
- Two + years landscaping experience required
- One + years leadership experience required.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Punctual with stellar attendance.
- Physically able to do manual labor and all that this job requires. Our leaders are working managers and will work on the jobs alongside their crew.
- Valid Driver’s License
