Job Overview: Landscape Crew Member
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position involves performing manual labor in various aspects of landscaping and hardscaping. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in landscape installation, including artificial turf, irrigation systems, plant care, gravel, and paver installation. A clean Arizona driver’s license and the ability to work in different weather conditions are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, planting, and material handling
- Install and maintain hardscapes, including pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
- Install artificial turf with precision to ensure high-quality results
- Set up, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for proper water management
- Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and other vegetation with attention to detail
- Spread gravel and other materials as needed for landscape projects
- Assist with general site maintenance, cleanup, and project organization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping and hardscape installation is required
- Strong knowledge of paver installation, including base preparation and leveling techniques
- Familiarity with artificial turf, irrigation systems, plant care, and gravel installation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Clean and current Arizona driver’s license
- Excellent physical stamina, work ethic, and attention to detail
