About the Role:
As a Customer Service Lead Representative with Tremron you are responsible for:
- Assisting with in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining knowledge of the products we sell and their applications.
- Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders and completing daily paperwork.
- Working with Outside Sales Representatives and knowing our competitor's products, as well.
- Supporting dispatching tasks and scheduling deliveries.
- Running production and setting up schedules for when specific products will be manufactured.
- Helping with Month-End Closing Procedures.
- Keeping track of inventory processes.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Good organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
