Looking for 2 in home sales consultant for our backyard construction company. this position would start selling Alumawood patio covers, concrete, shades, and then move into other items such as bbq islands, pavers and planter walls with eventually going into landscape when is experienced and been with the company for a while and has passed the required training and testing. Initial training is 6 -8 weeks paid at $100 a day with supervisor. and running leads with him. Then will get leads booked for you, you get provided a company cell phone , uniforms, and will have weekly sales meetings twice a week. its a w-2 position, with benefits offered such as health insurance, vision , dental and company paying 50 % of it, 401k match up to 4 % and weekly pay with Direct Deposit.
Must have a clean background, be able to pass a drug test, and clean driver license records and have transportation to get to leads. No gas is provided. On average our salespeople make 100-250k a year, all based on how quickly can learn the product, and how thorough you are with your contracts and details with minimal mistakes.
