Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various landscape construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. This job is seasonal and won't start until late March or Early April and run roughly through December depending on weather.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various construction activities including Hardscape and masonry, Landscape construction and occasional maintenance.
- Assist in operating equipment and vehicles to complete tasks
- Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as paver laying, digging, and grading
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Participate in hardscape projects, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Skills
- Proficiency in hardscape and masonry techniques
- Experience with and the ability to operate various hand tools.
- Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with hardscape installation methods and concrete forming processes.
- Ability to lay pavers and make cuts properly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
