Position: Traffic Safety Flagger / Traffic Control Supervisor / Lead

Pay Rate: Flaggers - $20.00/hour; Supervisor/Leads - DOE
Join our team dedicated to ensuring safety on the roads! We are seeking Traffic Safety Flaggers, as well as experienced traffic control supervisors and leads, to assist in traffic management at various work sites. As a flagger, supervisor, or lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safe conditions for both workers and motorists.
Requirements:
- Flagger certification is preferred but not required. Certification opportunities are available.
- Must have own gear and PPE (reflective vest, flag, hard hat, paddle)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Traffic control supervisor and lead roles require leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Directing traffic safely through work zones
- Communicating effectively with coworkers and drivers
- Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices
- Following all safety procedures and protocols
