Mission
Reeves Construction Company is seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor / Foreman to join the team out of Augusta, GA location. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing traffic flow in construction zones to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
(Including, but not limited to the following:)
- Must have knowledge of the requirements of erecting and maintaining traffic control signs and other devices as prescribed in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).
- Must keep equipment and materials neat, clean, and orderly always on the projects.
- Must be able to carry out detailed instructions, setting up and removing traffic control devices, but also must be able to use good judgement in decision making and be able to work without direct supervision.
- Must always maintain a good attitude and be polite to motorists.
- Must have the ability to work safely in traffic situations and follow the policies and procedures of the company.
- Must be able to communicate well and supervise other traffic control personnel and must ensure that the personnel under his/her supervision maintain current flagger certification requirements.
- Must be able to use various types of computer/electronic technology to complete daily time reporting and other company-required reporting responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED),
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience and/or training.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must have a current, valid Flagging Certification card.

Pay: $41,948.68 - $50,518.83 per year
