High Maintenance and Mods is actively hiring Tower Foremen with prior experience:

This is a year-round, full-time travel opportunity. Our crews must reside in Omaha, NE or within a 1 hour radius. All crews travel out of our office in Bennington, NE. We climb cellular structures and perform any necessary maintenance and modifications. Our foremen work in leading teams of 3-4 in order to complete all required work. All employees travel to the location by vehicles rented or owned by High Maintenance and Mods. Hotel accommodations, travel, vehicle rental and equipment are all paid for by High Maintenance and Mods. A per diem of $35 per day is provided on bi-weekly paychecks and overtime is paid.
Essential Duties (non exhaustive):
- Climb heights up to 2000 feet safely, consistently, and efficiently
- Effectively diagnose, repair, and install equipment
- Take pictures of each site for close out packages
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, regulations, and instruction manuals
- Properly tag, return, and replace defective parts
- Be able to use Microsoft Office products
- Maintain expertise in Rescue, CPR, and First Aid certification
- Be able to travel on some weekends (with notice given as needed)
Foreman Qualifications (non exhaustive):
- Manage assigned crew members to complete assigned work on a daily basis
- Ensure receipts, project documents, etc. are submitted on a daily basis per assigned project
- Have consistent communication with management to know work deadlines and goals
- Continue on field training for crew members
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience in leading a tower crew performing maintenance or mods on towers/structures
- Ability to work on complex projects and meet deadlines
REQUIRED (Not negotiable at all):
- Reside in Omaha, NE or in the surrounding area (1 hour radius)
- Able to travel full time
- Valid driver license and be insurable under our company insurance policy
- Experience working outside: Rain, shine, cold, snow, wind, etc.
- High attention to safety
- Ethical, honest, trustworthy
- Add, subtract, and interpret measurements accurately
- Mechanically inclined
- Motivated, willing to get up and take responsibility to get work done
- Communicate in English clearly - both written and spoken
