Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating various machinery, Paver, Roller, Skid Steer and tools, including milling attachments, etc. The Operator will play a crucial part in maintaining an efficient workflow within an outside environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate paver, roller and skid steer.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean machines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines.
- Experience
- Previous experience operating pavers, rollers and skid steers are preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
