Job Summary:
As a Residential Electrical Foreman with a Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician license, you'll oversee construction job sites, manage the crew, and handle hands-on installations. You'll also train and develop Youth Apprentices, Pre-Apprentices, and Apprentices, while ensuring jobsite cleanliness and organization.
Position Description:
- Direct jobsite organization to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Install and terminate wiring, conduit, light fixtures, and panels.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct walkthroughs with contractors and homeowners to plan fixture placement.
- Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring, and systems.
- Lead crews, assign tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Train and develop apprentices and Registered Electricians while maintaining safety standards.
Licensing and Experience:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ Years of Electrical Construction experience and / or have successfully completed the Electrical Apprenticeship
- State of Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour days
- Overtime As Needed
- Year-Round Work
