Crew Member

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of landscape construction tasks including site preparation, planting, erosion control, sod, artificial turf, temp and permanent fencing, and installation of hardscape elements (retaining walls, pedestal pavers, flagstone, and ledgestone steps)
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as, shovels, skid steer loaders, hand pruners, dump trailers, etc.
- Efficiently follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of jobsite while following safety regulations (hardhat, hi vis, etc.)
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards coworkers and customers

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
