Position Purpose:

The duties of the rehab crew shall be to support the maintenance supervisor with facility maintenance. They shall perform building and grounds maintenance at all facilities. They shall work with upgrading, repairing and disposal. Report all major maintenance items to the maintenance department dispatch.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Cosmetic repairs, painting and power washing facilities.
Remove and inventory facility equipment not in use.
Repair interior and exterior facility problems to include items such as electrical outlets, water lines, bathroom fixtures, walls, floors, fences, facades, gutters, downspouts, and any other items deemed necessary to keep the facility running and in compliance.
Perform building and grounds cleaning and maintenance at all facilities, this work may include climbing and heavy lifting.
Support supervisor with continuous improvements, recommendations, and implementation.
Maintain and organize maintenance vehicles and tools.
Concrete work and asphalt patching.
Minor roof repairs and landscaping.
Consistently update and upgrade the company’s intranet site.
Work on technology projects assigned to the I.T. department.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Carpentry
Electrical
Plumbing
Knowledge of hand tools and their effective use
Work with limited supervision
Interpret and follow instructions
Organizational skills

Required Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License

Work Environment:

· Inside retail locations

· Outside retail locations in all weather conditions

· Overnight travel, up to 4 nights a week

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

· Frequent lifting of 50 lbs.

· Bending, stooping, and kneeling to complete maintenance tasks

· Ability to observe and detect signs of dangerous obstacles, either corrected or uncorrected

· Ability to erect and ascend ladders and scaffolding
