Qualifications:

· Valid Driver License/Clean 3yr Driving History (MVR) Required at Interview

· 2 year of certified flagging experience preferred

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; may require to work in adverse weather conditions.

· Requires the ability to meticulously follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Job Description:

Coordinate, setup, manage local traffic for planned construction and utility projects.
Operate up to 2 sets (4 total) of our state-of the-art AFAD’s using a tablet.
Direct drivers and pedestrians around roadblocks and conditions.
Set up signs and cones to notify oncoming traffic of workers in the area to ensure worksite is safe.
Set up physical traffic barriers, direct, and slow down traffic.
Assist and direct construction vehicles when entering and exiting roadway.
Communicate with other traffic control workers using two way radio, signs, and hand signals when required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Year round work

Driving: 3 years (Required)
