We're a medium sized paving company based in the Lakes Region. We take pride in quality work, going the extra mile and thrive on our customer relationships. Our equipment is maintained/upgraded on a constant basis to keep you gainfully employed and the jobs coming out like black velvet.

Our target market is residential, commercial and municipal. We do a fair amount of asphalt reclamation and rehabilitation of failed parking lots, roads and driveways. We do our own site work controlling the timeline and quality of projects.

I started in the industry on a production crew as a laborer pushing a wheelbarrow, running a shovel, applying tack coat and learned dance moves on tamp shoes. I started from scratch with almost nothing. Dedication has earned me a living and provides for the folks that work here as well.

Paver Operators: LeeBoy 8520C, sidewalk paver, curb machine

Grading Crew: Bobcat skid steers, Huber M850's, LeeBoy 685

Roller Operators: 3 ton & 1 ton, tamp shoes & plate compactor

Excavator Operators: Bobcat E45, E85, Link Belt 210 LX

Crushing & Screening: Cedarapids Jaw, Tesab Impactor, Fintec, Power Screen,

CDL-A&B: Macks w/ Allisons & Volvo VHD's

Mechanic: Heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, etc.

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in the construction field for entry level positions

High school or GED preferred but not mandatory

Valid drivers license and ability to pass health screen for DOT medical card

Knowledge of local roads, routes, landmarks and materials distributors

Ability to work overtime and an occasional Saturday
