Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various projects.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety protocols.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations on the job site.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices on the job site.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
